QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to meet NCLB ‘highly qualified” requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Willingness to work with special needs students in an enthusiastic, caring and loving manner
• Willingness to grow professionally
• Ability to instruct students under teacher’s guidance
• Willingness to obtain American Heart Association First Aid and CPR training
• Willingness to obtain CPI training and certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide academic support to students under teacher’s supervision
• Plan, collaborate, support, and work closely with the TLC team
• Provide personal care services to students under teacher’s supervision
• Other duties as assigned
