Description | QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to use office technology including multi-line phone system, MS Office programs, Windows based programs, Google Suite, copier, calculator, printers, typewriter and facsimile
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn duties/responsibilities of all District Support employees
RESPONSIBILIITES:
- Open District Support Center every morning by 8:00 a.m. and close the office every afternoon at 5:00 p.m.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and route messages to proper individuals or departments
- Greet and assist individuals visiting Canyon ISD’s central administration offices
- Organize and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist the Athletic Department with assigned tasks
- Assist the Human Resources Department with assigned tasks
- Handle confidential information
- Other duties as assigned
