VOLUNTEER is defined as a person who voluntarily undertakes or expresses a willingness to undertake a service. If you plan to "volunteer" for any campus with Canyon ISD you must complete the following application.

• You only have to complete ONE application per year (no matter how many campuses you may volunteer on).
• This information is NOT needed if you plan to participate in school functions such as parties, programs, etc. with other school personnel present.
• This information IS needed if you plan to sponsor any type of school functions such as field trips or you plan to actually volunteer your services on any campus without school personnel being present at all times.
