QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver's License

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to repair light plumbing issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Ability to identify potential problems and repair as needed
